VWAG have now implemented restrictions on used immobiliser parts on some models.
This means that only legitimately registered workshops can install used immobiliser parts. This service requires two appointments. During the first appointment we'll take copies of your ID, vehicle registration documents and proof of purchase for the part in question.
We'll then apply for permission from VWAG for the part to be installed (it's impossible without this permission). On the second visit, assuming they approve the installation, we can go ahead and install/adapt the part. The application can take up to 48 hours to be reviewed.
This service is for digital adaption & coding of a used cluster. This does not include any necessary parts to install the cluster.
