Laser Cutting, 3D Printing & Design Services

We offer precision laser cutting, 3D printing, and custom design services for individuals, businesses, and trade customers. Whether you need a one-off prototype, a short production run, or help turning an idea into a finished product, we can handle the whole process in-house.

From clean, accurate cuts to functional printed parts, our focus is on quality, repeatability, and sensible engineering – not hobby-grade results.

Laser Cutting

Our laser cutting service is ideal for producing clean, accurate parts with sharp detail and consistent results.

Suitable for:

  • Panels, brackets, covers & enclosures

  • Switch panels & control plates

  • Signage, labels & branding pieces

  • Jigs, templates & workshop aids

Materials commonly cut:

  • Acrylic (clear, smoked, coloured)

  • Plywood & MDF

  • Plastics (material dependent – ask if unsure)

  • Thin woods & composites

If you already have a design (DXF, SVG, PDF), we can cut directly from your file. If not, we can help create or refine the design for manufacture.

3D Printing

We provide reliable, functional 3D printing – not decorative trinkets. This service is aimed at parts that need to fit, last, and actually be used.

Ideal for:

  • Prototypes & test parts

  • Brackets, mounts & housings

  • Custom adapters & one-off solutions

  • Low-volume production parts

Materials available (application dependent):

  • PETG – durable, flexible, moisture resistant

  • ASA – UV & heat resistant (automotive/external use)

  • PLA+ – fast, cost-effective prototyping

We’ll advise on material choice, wall thickness, orientation, and tolerances to make sure the part performs as intended.

Design & CAD Services

If you don’t have a drawing or model yet, we can help.

We offer design-for-manufacture services to take your idea from concept to production-ready files.

Design support includes:

  • 2D CAD for laser cutting

  • 3D CAD for printed parts

  • Modifying or fixing existing files

  • Optimising designs for strength, fit & cost

You don’t need to speak “CAD” – a sketch, photo, or rough idea is often enough to get started.

How It Works

  1. Get in touch – tell us what you need (or what problem you’re trying to solve)

  2. Review & quote – we’ll confirm feasibility, materials & pricing

  3. Production – parts are manufactured in-house

  4. Dispatch or collection – shipped securely or collected by arrangement

Who This Is For
